Academic Shoot

In this photo the rules I followed were Rule of Thirds, Simplicity, and Balance. To people looking at my photo I think it is very clear that the subject is the person looking at the computer. If you didn't know what the subject is you could easily tell that the person is fully focused while the background is blurred.

The rules I followed in this picture were simplicity, Lines, Rule of Thirds and balance. The subject in this photo is obviously the person looking for a book. I think the subject in this picture is pretty clear to anyone looking at the photo.

I followed the rules of Balance, Rule of Thirds, and simplicity. The subject of this photo is the student working on his computer. To people looking at this photo the subject is probably pretty easy to figure out, the only thing I should have done better was to avoid the merger of the plant. It is kind of distracting and I wish I took this photo at a different angle.

  1. Not bad here. I like all three images. I wish I could see just a little bit of the screen the first student is looking at. It would create balance and give a reason for the glow. The second is interesting but just doesn't have enough energy and emotion for me. The third is also good. I like that you changed your position and shot from his level. Good work.
