Great black and white photographers Pt. 3

1. The first thing that caught my eyes when looking at William Kleins photos is that they have a strong feel to them. The pictures kind of pull you into them. The thing that made me chose these photos is because they have lots of strength to them. They seem very meaningful, almost like they tell a story.

If I was in this moment I would...

Sight: I see a big crowd of people all going to the same place. I see only one colored person in a mix of all the whites. I see lots of nice clothes that people are wearing.

Smell: I smell the new fancy clothes with all the ladies fancy perfumes.

Sound: I hear people rushing by me, shoving their way through the crowd. The sounds of people boots and shoes against the pavement trying to get through everyone as quickly as possible goes through my ears. I hear people talking amongst each other as they rush past.

Taste: I taste the different perfumes the women around me are wearing. The taste stings my tongue and leaves a funny taste in my mouth throughout the day.

Touch: I feel people bumping into me, pushing past everyone rushing to where there they're trying to go. Its hard to get a good picture with people pushing past you while you stand there taking photos.

If i was in this moment I would...

Sight: I see a little boy who looks like has been neglected and is being treated very poorly. It looks like this boy is very sad almost as if he has been left behind. I see the checkered wall popping out almost like its 3D.

Smell: I smell the gasoline coming from the cars passing by. I also smell the cool air all around me.

Sound: I hear people walking by not even paying any attention to this boy who is sitting against a wall. The boy is very lonely and each step he hears probably tears him apart. I also hear the cars going by.

Taste: I taste the fumes from cars and the taste of the cool air going past my face. I taste fear in the little boy who looks scared and alone.

Touch: I feel the breeze from the cars passing behind me. I feel the little boys sadness and hurt.
