William Klein

Born April 19, 1928 in New York, NY
Nationality: American/French
After he graduated early he went into the U.S army
Won his first camera playing poker while he was in Germany
Studied Painting and never had formal training in photography
The art director of Vogue asked to meet Klein and he began working in New York for a brief time taking photos and showing off fashion
He Published his first book Life is Good and Good For You in New York in 1956
He later in life started doing film and produced a well known film Muhammed Ali, The Greatest (1969)
He now lives and works in Paris at the age of 89
